You can still multi-task after all that! Thanks for thinking of us and cultivating our serenity for the day.

I’m so sorry about your tooth — that sounds so painful! I loved the idea of taking our meditations out and about and not feeling like we can only do them in the lavender rooms…we need that ability to center ourselves the most when we’re in the thick of the chaos 🌿

yay! i'm glad the idea of carrying meditations around in the real world resonated with you. it feels deeply necessary to me, otherwise i would have so few moments to practice, which would be a big bummer, imo. here's to breathing through the chaos~

This was really good, Billie. Being able to guide mindful meditation while driving is quite the skill but it worked for me in the safety of my living room. Thank you for this. Being able to recenter during the day is a big treat.

I love guided meditations so I'm excited too! Delivery is a big part of the effectiveness of the meditation for me and you do a great job of that.

Hi, I’m new. So glad I found you.

I’m so sorry about your tooth. My 3 yo nailed my cheekbone right before crashing last night - their heads are insane.

I’m so excited to listen to this meditation. I feel like traffic is the final frontier of mindfulness…it’s kinda my work in progress right now esp after doing daycare pickup.

Thank you 🙏🏻

hey nikki! nice to meet you. i'm so glad you found me, too. <3

their heads are so so hard!! and they really have no idea how much damage they can do. hahaha.

best of luck with the mindful commute frontier, feel free to pop back in and keep me updated on how it's going, because clearly, same.

Thank you, Billie!

Such a good reminder that we don’t need the “perfect” environment to find moments of mindfulness! Sending you warm weather and teeth strong enough (and getting stronger) for a 3 year old’s hard headedness!

Sending glowy warm light to you, and a wish for strong teeth, clear roads, and laughter in the chaos and March snow. This was just in time- making consecrated chicken soup for incoming travelers and was feeling stressed over my lists, and all the stores I need to visit. Reframed, and remembered why, and remembered gratitude that this is my biggest” problem” today. Thanks for keeping it very real, and finding beauty in that. What else is there, really?

Stillness can be found outside the yoga mat. It is on demand real-time moment to moment wakefulness

Hi, new here…thank you for this commute meditation. Saving this so I can listen again. The car sounds are actually really soothing and relaxing from this side.
